firstprinciples Nigeria is a wholly, privately held limited liability company, incorporated to provide operational efficiency and performance improvement services and solutions.

The firm’s key focus is in using the concepts of business process management to bring about business change in both the private and public sector. The firm’s formal establishment was the culmination of its partners’ efforts to add a uniquely different consulting firm to the Nigerian business landscape; one that approaches performance management from both a business and technology point of view – bridging business with information technology in such a way that business owners are empowered to influence how technology drives the business and not the other way around.
